This notice explains how TruckMarket.com uses information collected through this website and through truck buying, selling, trade-in and contact inquiries, including Facebook and Instagram lead forms.
When you contact us or submit a truck for review, we receive the information you choose to send. This can include your name, email address, phone number, company, location, message and truck details such as make, model, year, mileage, specifications, asking price, VIN and photos.
Our seller lead forms request contact details and truck information so our buying team can evaluate a potential purchase. Submitting a form does not commit you to buy or sell a truck. Please do not include Social Security numbers, bank account details or payment-card numbers in an inquiry.
Website hosting, analytics and advertising tools can collect information such as IP address, browser and device information, cookie identifiers, pages viewed, referral sources and interactions with our website or advertisements. Cookies, pixels and similar technologies help provide website features, measure visits and advertising results, and show relevant advertising.
